Uninstall completely your previous Kaspersky installation.
Download Kaspersky 2016 trial from Original site. Install it and use the Serial key came with your Kaspersky 2015 CD package.
Solve Kaspersky install ends with an error of Microsoft Dot net.
If you have a Kaspersky 2015 original CD and if you want to install it on your new windows 10 operating system, you can't use that CD. you have to download new Kaspersky 2016 trial from: http://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/ 
choose your country to download the trials. Install this downloaded antivirus and you can enter the license key that you have purchased. 

If your Kaspersky installation ends with any Microsoft dot net installation error, you have to rename the software distribution folder. This video will show you ow to rename the software distribution folder.

The instructions I give to Windows Vista and above users for doing what you stated... Start an elevated command prompt. Run the following commands hitting enter after each line: net stop wuauserv cd %systemroot% ren SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old net start wuauserv Reboot Try to install updates again
